Saffron was born from a simple belief: that dining should be an experience that engages all the senses. Founded by Chef Marcus Lee and restaurateur Sophie Chen, we opened our doors in 2015 with a vision to redefine modern Australian cuisine.

Every dish we create celebrates the incredible produce of Western Australia, prepared with techniques honed across the world's finest kitchens. From our hand-picked wines to our house-made breads, every detail matters.
